  1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
    We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to check the status of your package in real time.
  2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at monika@sortovo.store.
    We will do our best to modify or cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed.
  3. How long does shipping take?

This depends on the destination and customs clearance requirements.

  1. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, Sortovo LLC ships internationally. Please note that different countries may impose additional import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  2. How do I request a return or exchange?
    Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return and providing your order number and photos. After confirmation, we will provide a return address and instructions. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
  3. How long does a refund take?
    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account.
  4. What if the item I received is damaged?
    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and attach photos of the damage. We will promptly process a replacement or refund.
